Poor service from MTN

Totally unsatisfactory service from MTN.

Firstly, they promise 24 month contract at R499 per month, but MTN unilaterally increases the subscription after one year.

Secondly, since yesterday 27 June 2023, there is no Internet connection. Tried to complain by phone but impossible to navigate this "service". Emailed MTN and response is that MTN will respond within 8 hours.

Absolutely disgusted. Regret having changed from my previous service provider who gave much better service.
