Poor service from Mtn
<p>I upgraded telephonically on Mtn on the 24th of May and I was told that the phone will be delivered within 7 working days and that it was available in Stock. I haven't received the phone and when I call Mtn they keep on saying they'll call the courier and get back to me of which they don't. How long does it take Mtn to deliver the phone from Joburg to Centurion? </p>

Please note that when checked, the delivery guy advised that 3 attempts were done with no answer under the RTT website when tracking package.A urgent escalation has been sent to sales person to assist and advise when delivery will be done.
