Poor service from MTN

Oct 1923 my husband got our account, paid by debit order, an enormous R6,000. We had an endless struggle to have a *****ulent transaction accepted with the promise that it will be rectified. We now pay our monthly fee at the branch, trouble to go there and the big amount still goes off our bank account every month. My husband reverses the stop order, but every month they also stop our data. Another struggle to have it reinstated as we do not owe them anything. Service at the branch is fine, but from there on it is a terrible struggle. Promises never come to light and the saga goes on. Their system is very poorly administrated
