Poor service from MTN

I have been battling for months now to close my account with them - numerous calls and emails and no response - they didnt even have the courtosy to remind me my contract is about to expired and then they still keep billing me i even handed me over this was paid and to date they still not responsing to any of my efforts even if you call them on 083135 they keep repeating the same menu over and over
