Poor service from Luyanda Hlophe@ MTN

I 've been try to do sim swap with Mtn for the cell number : *** & was assisted by their call centre agent namely: Luyanda Hlophe since October 2019 to this date my request have not been met. I've also sent several emails for follow up (luyanda.hlophe@mtn) he doesn't even respond them. Kindly assist
