Poor service from coverage department

Mtn coverage team for fixed LTE has given me such poor service.. I do not have fixed lte and want to take out a fixed lte package with you guys since i have been with MTN for many many years and i am a very loyal client. We get great LTE coverage, however LTE packages vs Fixed LTE packages are way too expensive for so little data. When asked when can we expect to have fixed lte at out location or why cant this be enabled for us as other roads around us are already enabled with Fixed lte, I was told "We are not able to do so on the network" ???? I mean what does this even mean? Surely if roads around me have fixed lte it should not be that difficult to set up for us a road away... I am really disappointed with this service after countless mails no assistance no proper answers....email below from support person:
