Poor service from consultant

I app**** for a cell phone package for S22 on 21 August 2023 at Irene Mall I was not approved because of the consultant not putting my biometrics on the system. I did apply again on 22 August 2023 at Castle gate I was declined again because the consultant canceled the previous application and forget to put my existing MTN number. This is just poor service. They say the escalated my matter because they don't understand why the declines. I have been waiting for the answer for more than 24 hours.
