POOR SERVICE FROM CALL CENTRE ANSWERING SERVICE!!!!!!!

When phoning the call centre the options one has to choose "Option 0" to speak to an agent "response is you have made an invalid selection" This is not acceptable, and I will not recommend this service provider to friends, colleagues, family.
