Poor service! ***** and MTN Call centre is useless!

I'm super disappointed and annoyed by the service that I'm getting from Mtn I did an upgrade in April 2020. My phone got delivered on the 25th of April. I later that day found that the phone was faulty so I organized to get it returned. MTN Direst assisted me in getting DSV to come take the phone from me which they collected on the 8th of May.

I’ve been back and forth with different MTN agents and no one seems to be helping me. I told them that I need a new phone, and they keep telling me that they waiting for the Warehouse to give them a Return Order Number. It’s been over THREE weeks since they been saying the same thing.

I’m currently paying R2000 for a phone I don’t even have and no one is really helping me. No one wants to escalate this. Instead now Mtn is even ignoring my emails.

I need someone to escalate this it’s really getting out of hand and I need a new phone delivered to me ASAP.

If not I’m gonna be forced to report MTN for *****!!!
