Poor Service for the past 5/6 years

I cannot remember a time where I was happy with MTN... I get paid on the 15 of every month and MTN is aware of this as I informed them when I take a contract but they always have my account in arrears or sent to collections, they know I'm a cash payer and I have never missed a payment but they suspend my line every month for the past 5/6 years... I am Sinethemba Gabada ID No.*** No. ***

This is really frustrating as now I am trying to apply for a contract but I can because supposedly my account is arrears whereas it is not....
