POOR SERVICE FOR RETANTION DEPARTMENT

IM FED UP WITH MNT , first week of January i cancelled my ruta contract and the gave me the cancelation amount and i paid , few days after i phone them and i was told that my contract was cancelled , no 20 the debited my account and added canceation fee again . this month the debited my account again , when i call them the said i should wait for the 16th of march first .
