Poor service for esim activation 14th Avenue

Poor service regarding activating esim

I have been to mtn 14th Avenue two days ina row twice a day and still no one can assist me with setting up an esim for my iPhone The guy wasn't helpful at all and eventually told me there isn't anything he can, he does not know anything about an esim. Really frustrating as i cannot even use my phone atm
