Poor Service for Activation

I bought router a week ago its not yet activated and rica.ed i have been calling sending emails still received nothing worst company ever i regret the day i ordered something from MTN i would never refer anyone to used this network thier service is very poor and they full of lies i wish i can just throw this router and sim card away.. i hate MTN services they are very poor.
