poor service

This review is for MTN insurance. Last week i had a horrible experience where my cellphone which was ****** at a friends place. The phone was two weeks old. According to the website a claim is attended within 24 hours but ive been told my claim will be attended to after 14 days that time i dont have a phone. Im very disappointed in this service. It makes me feel like they are practically saying that im lying. my issue is not having a phone at the moment.
