Poor service

Poor service i have recived from mtn yho its really disappointing that such a big company can advertise something on their catalogue but when you call to buy it its none existent their call centre is disorganized and the consultants are very rude they transfer you to different departments all day and still no help. The last consaltant that i spoke to zandile was so rude and she even sounded like she was sleeping
