POOR SERVICE

On the 12 April 2022, I discovered that the is a ***** account opened under my name with MTN and I have send them an email and provided them with all they require. I was advised I will receive feedback back within 48hrs hours and nothing I have been following with them for 4 months now and not receiving any joy. Their service is so poor and am currently in the process of buying a house and I need feedback asap ***
