Poor Service - False product offering!!!!

Poor poor service!!!

Works for the first day and then started given me uphill battles:

This is not an uncapped service, it is capped at 100gb and then throttled down to 1mb/s.

Sadly, I have only had a 0.9mb/s line speed overall.

Complained over a week ago and was advised the towers in out area were down.

It is also throttled in peak hours and we were not advised of this.

But typical of corporates,hide behind a * and hidden rules within the terms and conditions which they never point out to you.

My ref number: Smc*** - But im sure nothing will happen with this, as per usual service received.

I don’t recommend this product.
