POOR SERVICE

I will not advice any person to go to Mtn as I am awaiting now for 9 days for a contract. every single day there is a different story. Then it is the stock then when stock is there its the id. Then its the stock again . So why does it take this time for me to get a contract extension on a existing contract. I stand in the store and then see one contract after the other being issued but not mine. Is there a underlinig problem
