POOR SERVICE
I am still waiting for my home router weeks later. I check on your website and your website reads that I have already a contract with you. WHERE IS THE ROUTER ? I never got anything. I call your customer service and I can not get through. What kind of service is this and I have to be paying for a service that I have not been using.
PLEASE CALL ME ASAP ***
