Poor service

Worse experience ever i still regret the day i decided to do contract with mtn.. Wow what a poor service. So i was paying R210 for 40GB but all of the sudden it went to 10GB which i did try to sort it out but nothing happened to sort out my issue then it went down to 5GB for R210 imagine... I kept on paying till now my contract is over but they still say i owe them R210 for what i don't understand themselves can't even explain to me and I'm not even planning to pay that amount cause i did pay every single cent i was supposed to pay.

I done with MTN if you are planning to do contract with them Goodluck they have bad services ever im not happy with they are service and for the fact that they are big company im actually disappointed in them.
