Poor service
So ****ed off right now with MTN Called in yesterday 9.15 to do simswap Today I called in 8.35 and the lady said it is still pending I use that number to work My work is stuck as I can't get OTP
Called in again 9.45 only to be told it was disrupted I need reason why is disrupted I can't take poor service like this I was told only 24 hours it takes to do it I will sue them for the business am loosing because of their incompetence
I need feedback back now

You keep on getting empty promises
When 24hrs elapsed you get poor reason everytime
Am about to loose my job now coz from Monday I can't work as I need OTP to work
MTN has supervisor or managers who can contact us apparently
I need this sorted
All I need is my number back then I port to other better network
