Poor service ever

It took 7 agents to let me know their system was offline that was after 1h15 online trying to get help.4 agents told me my profile is still on the old system and there is nothing they can do.The 5th one was able to transfer me to an agent using the old system, then the line was cut off. All I wanted to know was what happens to my airtime?
