POOR SERVICE EVEN AFTER YOU HAVE PAID THE AMOUNT THEY NEVER TOLD YOU ABOUT FOR MONTHS YET THEY HAVE ALL YOUR DETAILS IN THE SYSTEM

I really don't understand why am I not getting my paid up letter since I hav paid for account that I cancelled the moment DSV gave it to me since it was wrong package and I am not owing anything. Since I asked and got reply that I'm not owing..... I need my letter ASAP the legal team is not responding to any emails I sent email on the 13th of June even today no response yet no one informed me even from the you decide to put me in arrears that I'm owing. You have my email you have my number that I hav been using for more than 12 years and they called me for contract adverti*****ts on the number yet no one informed me. Your service is really poor and I'm thinking of taking this to my lawyers too. Since you think only MTN has lawyers probably if it lawyer to lawyer you'll speed up. And also I hav not yet been cleared online that I'm in arrears and it not even showing that I have paid yet you said you received payment. This is frustrating my personal things are on hold due to this and Ur service is very poor since the 11th of May calling for same thing until now. Decided to pay amount since you and mondo are arguing who is going to pay for my account now I hav paid on the 10th only got that you received payment. I NEED MY PAID LETTER AND TO BE CLEARED!!!
