my number was rica barred with MTN and a sim swap was done, ive been to MTN The Glen several times in the last 7 days to get my phone number back, some consultants have tried to help me with no success, others have reffered me between the 2 MTN branches in the Glen, ive even been told i failed the security questions, can you please refer me to a specific person and advise what is required to get my number back,
