Poor Service

This service provider is so not reliable i have struggling to make outgoing calls because it keeps saying i do not have airtime while i have just loded over the weekend I even tried calling their customer service call center and they could not answer why I'm experiencing such they even checked my balance and i did have airtime today again I'm experiencing tge same problem
