Poor Service

I'm really disappointed by the service MTN is giving me. I just asked for a simple sim swap but I am sent back and forth with no help at all. Everytime I asked for a sim swap I'm told to go buy a new sim and I have bought 4 sims already but no sim swap. I'm really dissatisfied and disappointed by MTN which is why i will never make use of this network provider because they can not get anything right or even assist with a simple sim swap.
