Poor service

I have been trying to get assistance with sim swap and its a nightmare, like I don't understand why on earth will I call and pretend to be the right owner of the number while I'm not, the questions they asking are so stupid how would I know how much megabytes you get when you buy 50 rand data, I just buy data I don't check how much megabytes I get and I won't memorize that as if I'm going to write exam and their consultants are very rude, I also struggle to blacklist my number as well, why are they making it difficult for their user to keep using their old number?????
