Poor Service

I'm not impressed the way MTN is handling my problem . My device was not charging I booked for repair 03/07/22 they've been sending me emails that i should remove find my iphone which i did . They send another email stated that i have to wait for 24hrs until now they haven't contacted me and I'm running out of patience how am i supposed to pay for something that I'm not sure when they'll fix it!
