POOR SERVICE!!!!

Pathetic Service. Been a loyal client for 26 years, upgraded almost 13 times. This time around I am still waiting for upgrade..This is day 2....apparently vetting team cannot see my ID copy that was uploaded almost 10 times now. This is just an upgrade. What would one experience if wanting to open a new contract.Previously upgrade was done within an hour
