Poor service

I contacted MTN on Customer care and spoke to Nthabiseng Maliphane (call- ***). My encounter with agent was extremely terrible as she lack the basic Customer service etiquette. I requested that I speak to Supervisor/Manager after she failed to resolve my basic query and line got disconnected and she had never contacted me back. THE MTN SERVICE IS SO POOR TO THE CORE
