POOR SERVICE DELIVERY, SERVICES NOT RENDERED.

It is week 3 , Tuesday and I still have yet to get the phone I ordered. When I follow up, I am given the run around and no clear update and resolution. If it was not a well known network, you’d think they are running an online **** because my stuff never gets delivered with them.

Its all a breeze to open the contract but when it comes to MTN delivering, they do not care when or if you even receive your package. They have absolutely no regard for their clients and I have experienced this first hand, twice!
