poor service delivery on pending query

MTN services is so frustrating. 1. one of my contracts expired and was reniewed and as a result the debit mandate amount was diferent but they didnt update their system, and therefore my services were suspended. 2. after fixing that, then the 2nd month 2 debits order goes off my acc and i had to disput 1 of them. again for that my services have been suspended for now a week. i have logged multiple calls, and made 3 followups on 1 call with no response. i tried to call 083 135 with no help, you cant even speek to anyone. i have got all screenshots on email as proof.
