POOR SERVICE DELIVERY MTN!! *****ING MONEY!!!

A double debit order went of from my bank account: 22.02.2021 AND 04.03.2021, and I have been struggling to get a refund on the double debit order. The excuse for the double debit order is "its because february is not a full month!!" PROOF OF THE DOUBLE DEBIT ORDER WAS SEND TO MTN, BUT STILL NO ONE WANTS TO ASSIST!! POOR SERVICE DELIVERY!!
