Poor service delivery from MTN home wifi

I have entered into an uncapped home wifi contract with MTN and the router was delivered to me but I have never had internet access for 5 days after arrival of the router and no one was willing to help at their stores. My concern was that I paid the upfront payment but no service was delivered from their side
