Poor service delivery from MTN and DSV courier

All went smoothly with the online order BUT then it all went south with the delivery from DSV couriers and mtn customer services that can't do anything from their side to deliver a service to a potential long term client. I ordered the product on 23 September and today 14 October after many many phone calls from my side they still can't deliver because the mtn biometric device is not working!!!! 4 failed attempts at delivering so I cancelled my order. If I was mtn I would have jumped in my car to assist the client. Such a pity.
