Poor Service delivery from MTN

I have been trying to four months to cancel a migration on my package. I have 7 different reference numbers. No one can assist me, everyone is escalating the issue with no resolution. not once have they called me back with feedback but their turn around time is 2 to 24 hours. every call center agent has a different story to tell. Not one of their agents can resolve the issue. i have been sent from pillar to post. the 1st call was logged on the 26th of August, to date nothing. Very poor service from MTN!!!
