Poor service delivery

Absolute disappointment

I've been loyal customer to MTN for a good number of years

I've taken out a new phone contract and was promised a turn around time of 24 hours

We're now closing in on 72 hours and I still receive the same excuses.

I've spoken to mtn head office and they're no help either

They keep saying the application is stuck in a vetting process but cannot give a solution for this issue

Mtn has all the required documentation.

This has been unpleasant business because we as the customer needs to keep running after mtn for status updates.

I am no longer taking my business to mtn.
