Poor service delivery

I am bitterly disappointed with the service provided by MTN. I received a link which directed me to specials on offer for contract deals. This link was passed on to my family friends and my girl friend. My girl friend immediately went ahead and signed up a contract deal with MTN for the S24. Shortly after continuing the application we realised that the watch offered at R69 should have been taken on contract as well. We immediately contacted MTN and were told that we cannot make an amendment. This is extremely poor service. My girl friend has been a loyal customer to MTN for many years. This is sad and disappointing that arrangements could not be made to get the watch on the contract special. I will never recommend MTN again if I cannot be assisted.
