Poor service delivery

MTN has a poor service delivery. I took a contract with them. I made payments arrangement as I was financially overstretched. They ignored me but the debit order did not go off, I keep on sending emails but no feedback. They sent me a letter of my outstanding balance and I paid in full and more. Now my numbers are still not working and they are forcing me to settle so that they will charge me cancellation. Please help.
