Poor service delivery experienced with Mtn.

I am forced to rate MTN one star since I could not proceed with my review without rating. I asked a lady by the name of Phumelele working at cancelation or retention department based at Durban to cancel one of my contract as I had two did not want to proceed with the other of them then she instead cancelled both of my contract. I was notified by sms that both contract has been cancelled nd I quickly phoned them just to confirm if my second contract was terminated without my knowledge nd I spoke to a lady by name of Cynthia based in joburg retention dept who confirmed that both contract are set to b cancelled after three days nd she escalated the issue to relevant units through email requesting that the other contract not to be cancelled nd she promised that she will come back to me the next day by voice call nd she never call me till my contracts were confirmed to b cancelled after three days since the application were set for the fifteenth of January and I tried to stop it but all my calls after were just being dropped. That's the worst poor service I ever experienced with Mtn.
