Poor service delivery

MTN has proven to be useless when coming to handling cancellations, you call customer care they direct you to a store, you go to the store and they say it is beyond them. Who exactly is supposed to have answers is both the customer care line and physical store employees are not being helpful. It's been a nightmare dealing with them
