Poor service delivery and untrained workers who don’t know their job

An agent representing MTN sold me a home router without specifying it’s a home router and promised it would be delivered by someone who would explain how to set it up but that did not happen. When I visited MTN store in South Gate the workers were rude and not helpful at all. They could not even refer me to someone who could assist
