Poor service delivery and ability to resolve problems

Good day After cancelling my contract with MT on the 02/12/2019, I could not make any outgoing calls. I contact MTN numerous occasions and loaded a work ticket everyday since then. It is now a week later and I cant make any outgoing calls. I have airtime, data and can receive calls but cant make any. All call bearings was cancelled. Now, I went in to tygervalley mtn and the consultant just said that its beyond her, she cant fix it. Not sure whether it's a competency problem but the service and ability to resolve problems is terrible!!!!!! I'm definitely switching over to a different network provider that actually cares about customers!
