Poor Service Delivery

Been misled by one of MTN agents when my contract was due for an upgrade.I have logde a query with them and 3weeks later still no feedback.Whenever I follow up I been told the matter was escalated but no response.As the client i must continuously follow up seeing they won’t keep you in the loop with your query.I’m at a point of frustration and regret the day I renewed my cellphone contract with them.Poor service delivery❗️❗️
