Poor Service Delivery!

<p>I did a cellphone upgrade via MTN Direct on the 20th of January 2017 and I am still waiting for the parcel. When I called the courier company, I was informed that attempts were made to contact me but this was false because it later emerged that the incorrect contact details were captured by MTN. How that happened I have absolutely no idea because my cellphone number is available to MTN and I have called countless times to have this rectified but to no avail. It is now more than two weeks later and I keep being transferred from one number to the other but with absolutely no indication as to when I will actually receive my parcel. </p> <p> </p> <p>I have been a loyal MTN customer for more than a decade but this experience has left me gatvol!</p>
