Poor service delivery
<p>i took a cellphone contract with MTN in december 2015 and according to my contract i was supposed to pay R39.00 every month to my surprise i saw mtn debitingR74.00 from my account intead of R39.00. for the fist two month (December 2015 and January 216) i ignored this thinking that its a mistake and they will rectify their mistake and pay my money back which has never happened.</p> <p> </p> <p>in Fenbruary this year 2016 i went to the same shop where i opend my contract. i was assisted by a very Rude, unprofessinal lady her name Tshepiso who is not helpful at all.</p> <p> </p> <p>everytime i go to the shop to find out about my quiry she will tell me that they are busy with my quiry and they will call me to give me feedback , which has never happened. i went to the shop many time to equire about my quiry till to date i have no joy.</p> <p> </p> <p>i will really appriciate if someone can look into my problem and help me to reslove it since this is causing a serious constrain to my finances.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Kind Regards</p> <p>Mputhumi</p> <p> ********** 358</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
