Poor service delivery
I have phoned MTN Call Centre on the 3rd of September 2015 to migrate one of my numbers to prepaid as the contract expired on the 2nd of September 2015. The consultant said that this has been logged and will take about 15 working days to process. At the end of September this has not been done as yet and I was billed for another month which I was not happy about because the contract should by now been have migrated to prepaid.

On the 5th of October I phoned again as I started to get frustrated, then the consultant told me that the request was never processed, so all the wait was a waist of time so I had to resubmit my initial request. I phoned again on the 13th of October to request feedback and the consultant told me that as it was requested on the 5th of October I would have to wait up until the 5th of November for the migration to be completed, that's another month that I am going to get billed for poor service.

I want the contract to be cancelled ASAP, if i get billed for the month of October, I want a refund of that money otherwise I will refund the money myself from my bank as I wanted this to be done in September when I phoned the 1st time. Why do I need to keep calling?
