Poor service delivery
Tried to call the call centre for hours no one picked up. Went to the store in cavendish and the staff were rude and unable to help. When I became impatient with he staff they displayed veiled threats of violence and were rude and disrespectful to my girlfriend who tired to better the situation. Was unable to cancel my contract which needs to be done today. I would like my contract cancelled with immediate affect. I have never received such bad service from MTN and I will not recommend MTN - if this is not resolved by the end on today I will take further action in terms of social media and seek legal advice. Friends have had similar experiences.
