Poor service delivery

Denise Moodley and Sive Kolis failed me

Service is utterly poor.. still awaiting feedback from Denise who upgraded my contract with no device received or update.. today I have learned the is a call center ran with no team leader or management.. wow. I have been with mtn for years , client experience is terrible they have no grade! I am appalled I couldn't even get a single call back as promised yet sitting here waiting for feedback
