Poor service delivery

24 months ago i taken a R169 data (only) contract with Mtn lenasia it was a Black friday deal. Good service delivery at the time MTN NEEDS A NAME AND FAME TO GO BIG. ONLY now find my contract ended 29 Nov 2020, DUE TO COVID COMPLICATIONS I have not upgradeD my account HAS been DEDUCTED with R539 PRORATA full amount (R1189.)Still no communication or notification for the huge deduction, THIS IS SO *****, MTN I ASK THAT YOU WILL FIX THIS WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT, AS I DONT HAVE THOSE FUNDS TO pay for this contract going forward
